家を建てる前に家の事を沢山勉強した上で、
私達家族が一番重要視していた耐震、家の性能を満たしてくれる工務店は京都・滋賀ではこちらの工務店しかないと思いARCHさんにお願いしました。
打ち合わせをしていく度、ARCHさんの家の良さがどんどん分かってきますし、住んですぐ家の性能の良さを体感する事が出来る家造りをされています。
耐震や性能だけではなく、とてもおしゃれで家事動線がよく暮らしやすい家です。
それにスタッフさんがどの方も気さくで相談しやすく、より良いアドバイスをその都度してくれます。
今まで建築された家の経験を活かし、その時の最善のアドバイスをいただけるので、住んだ時にあのアドバイスがあって良かったと感じる事が度々あります。

I asked ARCH to think that this is the only construction shop in Kyoto and Shiga that can satisfy the earthquake resistance and the performance of the house, which our family placed the most importance on.
Every time I have a meeting, I get to know the goodness of ARCH's house, and I am building a house where I can experience the good performance of the house right after I live.
Not only earthquake resistance and performance, it is a very fashionable house with good flow of housework and easy to live in.
Besides, all the staff are friendly and easy to consult, and they will give you better advice each time.
Taking advantage of the experience of the house that was built so far, I can get the best advice at that time, so I often feel that I am glad that I had that advice when I lived.
It is a construction shop that is building a real house.
