★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私はブライダルフェアのみの参加でしたが、スタッフの方の対応等々素晴らしかったです。ご縁はありませんでしたが、お断りのお電話の際も素晴らしい式にして下さいと仰っていただき、本当に感激いたしました。
 I participated only in the bridal fair, but the staff's response was wonderful. I didn't have a connection, but I was really impressed to hear that you would like to have a wonderful ceremony when you call me.

みんないい式だったよ！と言ってくれたのは式場のおかげですかね♪

プランナーさんはじめ、衣装、メイクの方たちもとても気さくで安心して式が出来ました。

近くを通ると子供にここでパパとママは結婚式したんだよーと話しています。

私はムービーの作成を頼まれたので、質問をしにアポ無しで来店してしまったのですが、嫌な顔せず親切に対応してくださりました
著作権の関係上、ムービーに音楽を差し込めないのでDVDとCDを別々に流すことになると説明を受けていたのですが、こちらの希望通りのタイミングで流してくださり感謝しています
お料理も全てとても美味しくて、本当に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました

スタッフの対応が気持ちよく、アクリル板を置くなどコロナ対応をしっかりしていました。
ノンアルのドリンク?でも、美味しくて、楽しかったです。お料理も美味しかった。
駅から近いし、綺麗だし、内容もとても素敵でした。
I visited at a wedding party for a colleague at work.

正直服部さんの対応が残念だった。
・眉毛がないことに対して営業職に相応しいとは思えない。
・他の式場も考えていたにも関わらず、意見を聞かずアルカンシエルを勧められた。
式場選びは重要なので、女性の人や違う人が対応していれば即決したかもしれない。
The food and location are perfect.
To be honest, Mr. Hattori's response was disappointing.
・ I don't think it is suitable for the sales position because there are no eyebrows.
・ Although I was thinking about other ceremonies, I was recommended to Arcan Ciel without asking for opinions.
