こちらの仕事都合で予定変更になってしまったのですが、定員さんの対応が酷い。
持ち込み日を変更お願いしたら、「その日も仕事になったら変更になるわけですよね？」と威圧感ありきの回答。丁寧に話し、謝罪もし、変更をお願いしても駄目ならどうすれば？
すごく評価の高いお店だったので、期待していたのに腹立たしささえ覚えました。
お客商売での対応ではない。
残念です。

Thank you for car coating, but you can order a coating after carefully explaining not only coating but also what kind of coating and what kind of care you should give to the customer. I am satisfied with the fact that even small questions can be answered in an easy-to-understand manner. After-sales follow-up is also substantial and I will continue to take care of it.
