横柄な態度の店員が多いです。

ですが、接客は最悪です。
左側に列ができていたのでそちらに並び、順番に呼ばれて最後私だけのタイミングで大きい女性に「そちらは違います」と正しい列に誘導されました。その時、そちらには三人ほどもう並んでいて勿論その後ろへ。
レジの店員とは何度も目が合っていたのに、案内するタイミングはいくらでもあったのでは？
結局一番後ろになり散々待たされました。
それなら私の前の他の方が並んでいた時点で案内して欲しいし、客も列ができていたらそちらに並ぶのが自然だと思います。
レジもスムーズならまだしも、何をされているのかなかなか案内はされず。
お待たせしました、の言葉がなければ愛想悪すぎます。
もう少し気分良く買い物をさせて頂きたいです。

入り口に消毒液を置いているだけで、しかも手で押すタイプのもののみ。みんなが手で触れるのに。客の中にはマスクをしていない人もいるのに注意や声かけもしない。もっていればマスクを着用して下さいと書いてあるのみ。爆発的に感染者が増えている中でのリニューアルオープン。人がたくさん来ることも予想されるであろうにその対応にはおどろきました。コロナが収束するまでは来店は控えようと思います。

抽選日は今年の1/29,30という事で来店しましたが、抽選に参加するには抽選券に加え当日に2000円以上の買い物が必要とのこと。
抽選券には明記されていなかったため、とても残念でした。
