M	Maya Kenova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At this dental clinic, I received the most disappointing service I have ever had. The dentist, whose English language skills were rather satisfactory for the situation, tried to explain to me the condition of my case (without any explanation of what the solution is). At the end, he said he would write a letter (which he also sealed so that I can't read its content) and sent me to Yamagata University Hospital. When the oral surgeon at the hospital opened the letter he said that I've been sent to the hospital by the Hashimoto's dentist to have my tooth pulled out. I was in shock because of two things - first this dentist did not act professionally by passing on his responsibility to another and hiding the information from me and second - because it turned out that my tooth could be saved and at the end I did not have to have it pulled out. So, had I trusted the Hashimoto's dentist, I would have ended up loosing a tooth at the age of 31. My experience at Hashimoto is so disappointing and I wish others know about it so that they don't end up in the hands of an unprofessional and irresponsible dentist whose first resort is to pull out the tooth instead of doing his job and saving it.
