受付で言って下さいと怒られて
挙げ句の果てに病原菌の様に言われ
子供に外に行ってと言い
ひどい言われ様でした。先生は、スニーカーのカカトを踏んで履いている様な
非常識な方です。
子供は、泣いてしまいました。
ごめんねと家族に謝り可哀想になりました。
こちらが悪い様に言われ情けない始末です。
病院の入り口にしっかりと書いてくれてれば

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応が最悪でした。2回目の診察に行こうと思い診察券を見ると、その時間は予約制と書いてありました。この時間は予約制なんだと思い電話をし、｢診察の予約をお願いします。｣と言うと｢一般皮膚科ですか？｣と言われてよくわからず返答できず戸惑ってしまいました。話を聞くとその時間帯は美容皮膚科のみの時間帯だったみたいで、｢一般皮膚科は17:00から来てください｣と向こうからガチャ切りされました。一般皮膚科と美容皮膚科があり、予約制の時間帯は美容皮膚科のみと知らなかった私も悪いのかもしれませんが、電話の担当者さんの話し方、ガチャ切り等の対応は無いと思います。他の口コミを見て納得しました。他の皮膚科にいきます。

皮膚炎はお薬とアドバイスのお陰ですぐ良くなりました。
高い化粧品を薦められることもなく、私的には良い印象のクリニックです。

説明が詳しく丁寧です。
こちらの質問もちゃんと聞いていただけます。
ただ、良い先生なだけあって、混みます。
週末の午前中なんかは予約したのに1時間半待つことも。
それでもまた何かあった時はこちらでお世話になりたいと思えます。

また、気温も下がって来るような時刻に、高齢者を屋外の階段に立たせて長時間待機させるのは(階段もかなり急で危ない)病院として配慮が無さすぎる。仮に転落事故でも起きたらどう責任を取るつもりなんだ？

店内が開いてるのだから店内で順番に座らせるとか柔軟な対応もできない。
