★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly quiet and breezy riverside park decorated with raised cycle paths on the banks. These are perfect for a run. The park may be clearly delineated, but the wide, tarmacked and traffic-free "cycle" lanes continue east and west. Several of the paths descend more closely towards the river's edge. Some of these are walled by high plants growing from the water itself. Surprisingly, whenever I've run here I haven't detected any funky organic smell.
