You can not exchange 10,000 yen or 5,000 yen bills There is no phone number written at the store Inconvenient place!

Best of all.. they have a website that lets you keep tabs of all the machines!! It tells you what kind of machines they have, and if they're in use, and when they will become available. Amazing!
