Great apartments. Super easy and simple with no complicated contacts or fees. Soichiro was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed.

I am very happy of my experience in this place ! Managers are very helpfull and easily joinable. rooms are clean and equipments are replaced as soon as they need to. Also good location at Nakamura koen, very quiet place. Very easy to arrive , pay fee, and check out as a foreigner. I strongly recomend.

Very good communication with the team of JCM. We exchanged a lot about the moving in and moving out date and they were very fast to answer. They were also very comprehensive especially during the COVID-19 period when everything was difficult to plan in advance. There was no deposit money and that was very convenient for strangers like us. We just paid the rent month per month and moved in right away. The location of the apartment was perfect ! Near the subway and not far from Nagoya's downtown with a very good neighbour in Nakamura-koen. We really enjoyed spending time there. The only thing we could critize was the furnitures in the apartment. We had to buy a lot of things to cook, to organize the bathroom, some plates, a new matress because the bed was inconfortable (spring mattress). And the kitchen is equipided with the minimum : A fridge, a toaster, a gaz and a microwave. Personaly we bought a rice cooker, wich serves us as a oven, to cook better things than only a pan and a toaster. We also need to buy a pan during our stay because the one we had was very very old. It was impossible to cook something without burning it. There were no tv, we luckely found one and leave it in the appartment when we left. We had the impression that the appartmenr was furnished by previous tenants for the stuff not essential but needed when we stay for a long time, and that is the point of these appartments. The last thing we want to talk about is a situation that happened when we arrived. The team accompanied us to the apartment and give us a tour of it. The problem : there is a grill in the cooker and when they opened it there found a dirty dish inside of it. They laughted, sayed "oh ! That one is dirty", smile and close it, letting us clean this. That's not normal ! And actually, we needed to clean a lot of stuff when we arrived, everything seemed clean but when we looked closely and started to clean a little, the water we used to clean the floor of the apartment and the balcony turned black. The same for the kitchen. To conclude, this wasn't a bad experience, we had worst in Japan. But there are things that they can improve to have a better. We can highly recommended it to you if you stay for a very long time and can furnished the apartment as you wish, because there is just the minimal.

You couldn't find an easiest way to rent an apartment in Nagoya. The owner is a very nice guy, definitely a must for a quick or long stay! Thank you so much for everything, I'll come back if I pass by Nagoya again.

Being a foreigner could make it harder to rent a place in Japan. I was introduced to APT by friend's who lived there for few years hassle-free and satisfied. Now a resident for good three year's plus I feel lucky and satisfied with my stay and the private living I experienced so far.The process to rent was simpler, flexible and foreigner friendly.Perfect for anyone who likes living in a quieter neighborhood yet 5 minutes from the vibrant Nagoya station and 8 minutes from Sakae. The neighborhood is self sustained with parks supermarkets banks and Izakiya around.

It was a such a pleasure to deal with APT after struggling to find an apartment in Nagoya. The company handled my inquiry in English and provided me with a furnished and very comfortable apartment. No key money or Japanese speaking guarantor required, so for a foreigner, it was a really easy process and the staff were extremely professional and helpful. The rental terms are excellent, and shorter and longer leases are available. The building is very clean and neat in a nice quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway, a big supermarket and all the conveniences. Its an 8 minute subway ride to Nagoya Station, so its well located. Excellent service, and highly recommended by me!
