ふかふかソファーでとてもゆっくり食事できます。
店内270°窓でとても明るく清潔感があり中華料理店と言うよりはファミレス 喫茶店のような感じです。

店内は木を活かした温かみのある雰囲気で、落ち着いてゆっくりすることが出来ます。お茶などセルフでサービスとなっていて、長居をされる方が多いようです。近くの席のご高齢なカップルのお姉様の声の大きさと茨城弁に圧倒されながらのお食事でしたが、これはこれで楽しかったです。
次利用するのは、いつになるかしら...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ終了間際に来店しました。もつ煮込み単品と映画少年メリケンサックに出てきた焼き飯セットをオーダーしました。
焼き飯らしくパリッとしてますがパラパラしっとりっという感じで絶妙でした！
餃子は皮から手作りで餡の肉と野菜のバランスよくこれまた美味い！
もつ煮込みもトロトロで米が欲しくなる味で食べ過ぎてしまいそうでした(笑)
付け合わせのお新香やデザートも自家製でアットホームなお店の雰囲気もあってほっこりしたランチでした。

定食としては少し高めですが、ボリューミーで色んな味を一度に楽しめて良コスパ。
皮も具も手作りの餃子は、具がミチミチに詰まっていて適度に肉汁も感じます。ジューシーで美味しい。
チャーハンは味は割と普通ですが、刻んだチャーシューや海老がたくさん入っていて嬉しい。
何より、毎回違う小鉢がついてくるのも、何となく気遣いが感じられて嬉しいです。前回は麻婆茄子と煮物でした。
手作りの杏仁豆腐は、杏仁の風味はあまりせず、むっちりした牛乳プリンのような感じで、杏仁の風味が苦手な自分はかなり好きです。食後にさっぱり。上に乗ってる果物も毎回違います。ブルーベリーだったり、メロンだったり。
接客も温かみを感じる、素敵なお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンが懐かしい味、ここの餃子はしっかり下味ついてて手作り感が良い。大手チェーン店の工場から冷凍で直送ですって感じは皆無。餃子食べに又、寄ります。

I had the spicy tatamen and even though it was spicy, it was very fresh. It had all the normal fixings and they added walnuts which made it taste special. Next time I visit Kasama, I will make sure I stop by and eat here again.
