あるサービスについて電話で聞いたら「HPみてもらえばわかります」で説明はしてもらえなかったです（電話しながらHPを確認して理解しました）
それから車を見てもらうなら他のところで一度見てもらったり、他のところで見積もりをもらってからのほうがいいです。

When I asked about a service over the phone, I couldn't explain it with "If you look at the HP, I understand" (I checked and understood the HP while calling).
Then, if you want to see the car, it is better to have it seen once in another place or get a quote in another place.

接客も書き込み見るより丁寧だった。車検について細かな事を電話で問い合わせる時は整備担当してる人と変わってもらったらいいと思う

とりあえず空いてる所に着けたがいつまでたっても店員が来ない。
給油しに来ないどころかこちらに目を向けることもなかった。
ここって無人のセルフでしたっけ？
その制服着ている方々は何の人たちなのでしょうか？
結局最後まで店員の声は聞けなかったです。
接客態度最悪。気分悪くなるだけです。2度と行かない。
