★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退居時に高額請求されました。タバコも吸わず汚さず気をつけて住んでいましたが、退居立ち会い時に20万円以上の高額の請求にその場でサインしろと怒鳴って強要されました。納得がいかなかったのでこちらの手配で金額を出したところ8万円ほどでした。中村不動産と同じ会社のようです。店員の対応からすると常習のようです。お気をつけ下さい。
