電話の対応から良い印象は受けなかったですが、店舗に行った際尚更悪いイメージがつきました。
コロナ禍なのに急にマスクを外して話してきたり、内覧に行く際の社内で自分のSNSを見たりと客の前での対応が確実にプロではないです。
たまにタメ口で話されることもありオラオラ系で二度とお願いしたいと思いません。

ここでの、店舗の口コミが悪かったので期待せず行きましたが、丁寧に対応してくれて安心しました。
年が近かったからか、フランクな感じはありましたが、私はそれがリラックス出来たのでよかったです。
なかなか希望に沿う物件がなく、時間がかかったにも関わらず、色々な物件を提案してくださいました。
私の次にも、予約のお客様が控えていたのですが、ギリギリまでしっかりと対応してくれました。
物件名はもちろん、「その部屋だと、隣にビルが建設中で、ベランダの半分くらいまでかかる。隣の部屋の方がいい。」など、詳細な情報まで頭に入っておられるようで、プロだなぁと感じました。

口コミがやたらと低く心配だったのですが、若い20代ぐらいの方が担当になり、私のいろんなこだわりにも親身になって探してくださったのでとてもいい物件を見つける事ができて満足しています。他の口コミにもある通りとてもフランクでいろんなことを聞きやすかったのも私的には嬉しかったです。
他の不動産会社では初期費用が高かったりしたので悩んでいたのですがこちらでは適正だと思える価格で案内していただきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの男性のスタッフに担当していただいていましたが最悪でした。星１つでも勿体ないくらいです。
LINEで申込までするはずでしたが、突然「本気で契約する気があるなら来店してください」と言われました。不愉快だったので本社に伝えましたが、店長から謝罪の言葉などは無く、担当のスタッフからLINEで謝罪のみでした。そこから態度が良くなることはなかったため二度とここは利用しません。

かなりわがままな条件にも応えていただいたり、思っていたよりも良い物件をおすすめして頂いたりしたので
初めての賃貸契約も上手く行きました！
内見の時は一緒に幅や高さを測ってくださったり、また、内見が終わり引越しまでの間にも 気になるところがあれば測って連絡してくださいました。
また引越しする時もお願いしたいです！

優柔不断ではっきり物事を言えない性格なのですが、同世代？なのもあり、距離感がすごく話しやすく相談もしやすかったです。
