★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何軒も見学させて頂きました。ご縁がなく、契約には至りませんでしたが、親切に対応していただけました。時期によるのでしょうが、カウンターが少ないこともあり、予約した方が確実です。
I visited several houses. There was no connection and the contract was not reached, but I was kind enough to respond. Depending on the time of day, there are few counters, so it is better to make a reservation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 悪徳です。退去時クリーニング費用として、家賃1ヶ月分を請求します。承諾無しに個人情報をNHKにリークします。理科大生は気をつけて下さい。利用は考えて下さい。北海道のアパマンも酷いがここも酷い。利用しない方が良いと思う。
It's a vice. One month's rent will be charged as a cleaning fee when you move out. We will leak personal information to NHK without consent. Please be careful if you are a science student. Please consider using it. Apaman in Hokkaido is also terrible, but here is also terrible. I think it is better not to use it.

毎年なので慣れているのでしょうか？不動産会社は忙しい時期だと思うのですが、お願いした採寸やこちらの分からない点の連絡など、対応が凄く丁寧で、早いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1カ月前に退去を電話で伝えていたのに、以後、連絡がないので、退去前日に店を訪れたところ、書類を書いてないから、退去手続きできていないとのこと。
契約書に、書面で退去の手続きしないといけないと書いてあるから、当然の如く、家賃を取るとのこと。
まあ、こちらの落ち度なのだけど、電話で連絡を入れた時にその説明があっていいと思うし、来店がない時点で、アナウンスしてくれてもいいのでは？
非常に不快だったが、あちらの説明はこなれていて、恐らく、これはいままでにも、他の方にこの説明をしているのだろう。
私のようなうっかり人間には、おすすめしないお店です。
I told him about the move a month ago, but since there was no contact after that, when I visited the store the day before the move, I wasn't able to leave because I didn't write any documents.
The contract says that you have to do the removal procedure in writing.
Well, this is a failure, but I think it would be nice to have an explanation when I contacted you by phone, and could I make an announcement when there was no visit?
It was very uncomfortable, but that explanation has been completed, and perhaps this has been explained to others by now.
This store is not recommended for people who carelessly like me.
