★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで翌日の内見希望を問い合わせしたところ「その物件はすでに内見予定が３件あり、決まる可能性があるので、今夜改めて状況を連絡します」と返事があり、その夜に「その物件は申し込みが入ってしまいましたので内見できません」と連絡がきました。
そのため、いったんは諦めたのですが、同タイプで別棟の空き部屋情報が他の不動産会社で掲載されていたので、そちらに内見の申し込みをしたところ、当初の物件もまだ申し込みはなく内見も可能とのこと。
不思議に思いましたが、結果的に翌日、別の不動産会社で無事に当初の物件を内見できました。
「他で決まった」と嘘をつかれたのは事実なので、案内が面倒なら「その日は担当が他に予定が入っていまして」など、もう少し他の言い訳で、こちらにバレないようにしていただきたかったです。他でも「嘘つかれた」というレビューがありますし、星５評価が多いですが、どれも内容は曖昧なので「さくらかな？」と思いました（個人的な感想です）。
アパマンさんは不誠実なのが分かったので、今後は他の支店であっても利用しないことに決めました。
【追加】
★5評価してる人の他のレビューを見たら、同時期にアパマンの支店を2つ、高評価してる。
「素敵な部屋が見つかった」って・・・同じ人が二カ所も賃貸物件借りるんだね。
あ、借りたんじゃなくて「見つけた」だけか。

顧客の求めている物件よりも自社の紹介したい物件を最優先で勧めてきます。
また、嘘をついてこちらの持ち込みの物件の内見を断るのも最悪でした。
他の不動産屋に行って同じ物件について聞いたら内見できない理由、いつなら内見できるかを教えてくれました。
