予約していたため、すぐに対応していただけました。
家族5人で訪れ、さらに当日中に物件を決めないといけないという
無茶な要望にも「大丈夫ですよ」と笑顔で対応していただけました。
今回は妹の初めての一人暮らしということで、色々な不安がありましたが、周辺施設のことや時間帯による交通量など細かく情報を教えていただいたことで、生活のイメージがある程度できたと思います。
また、担当の方が内見の準備をするために席を離れた際に別の女性スタッフの方がすぐに声をかけていただき
地域の治安やキャンペーンのことなどわかりやすく教えていただきました。
私自身、引越し経験が多く様々な不動産を見てきましたが
電話対応した方も含めスタッフ全員がここまで丁寧かつ心配りができるお店はなかなかありませんでした。
