すんでからわかるあれこれがでてきてしまうこともあるので、可能なら現住人に話を聞くことができたほうがいいかも。
Those who responded are kind and polite. Moreover, the property was in line with my wishes, but unfortunately I didn't know much about the property introduced.
There are times when things that you can understand will come out, so it would be better if you could talk to the current residents if possible.

気になる物件同士を比較したときのメリット・デメリットをわかりやすく説明をしてもらえました。
他に何件か相談しにいった周辺の賃貸会社の方が対応が良くなかったのでこちらがおすすめです。
I had the image of a not-so-good rental company that was talked about on TV for a while, but it didn't feel like that at all.
They explained the advantages and disadvantages of comparing the properties they were interested in in an easy-to-understand manner.
I recommend this because the renting companies in the area that I consulted with several other cases did not respond well.
