交換や返品が可能か来店したところ、謝罪もなく質問にもまともに答えませんでした。時間がたっているためできないのはしょうがないと思っていましたが、違う商品を売りつけたことに対する謝罪がないとは思いませんでした。
星１すらつけたくないような対応で、二度と利用しないと決めました。

When I came to the store to see if it could be exchanged or returned, I didn't apologize and didn't answer the question properly. I thought it was unavoidable that I couldn't do it because of the time, but I didn't think there was no apology for selling a different product.
I decided not to use it again because I didn't want to even get one star.
