★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bookstore located near/behind the UNU (United Nations University) building is a great place to get inspiration for anyone in the creative field.
Although most of the books are in Japanese, they carry quite a bit of international magazines especially fashion publications.
Illustrators, fashion designers, graphic designers, photographers architects, whatever your creative line of work is, you will find a lot of inspiration here. This shop carries other books as well but their leaning towards the creative side can’t be denied.
Be prepared to easily spend hours here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice selection of books and magazines. There's many English magazines, but the books are primarily Japanese. There's lots of art, architecture, and design books, as well as manga. Today they had an exhibition of artwork for a manga based on 1984. The store is below the ground so it can be hard to find using only Google maps. Just follow the 'book' signs and go down the escalator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great varieties of books and magazines. For English magazines, one of the best in Tokyo. Very spacious and cozy setting. My favorite bookstore. The shop is well known for design and fashion, people ib creative industries come here. Definitely worth trying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not many people and a decent collection of all genre of books. Two classrooms may have gallery or exhibitions. I genuinely enjoy the bookstore itself as well as the outdoor cafe area.
