★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国登録文化財。青下第3ダムは，青下第2ダムの上流に位置する。堤長60.4m，堤高15.15m，第2ダム貯水池との満水位差は約18m。第2ダムと同様の玉石コンクリート造玉石貼の管理橋付き越流式重力ダムであるが，泥吐出口を副ダム下流部に設けていることが特徴である。副堰堤は堤高2.4m，堤長27.7m，管理橋は長さ15.5m，幅員1.2mである。 ※重力ダム：ダム自体の重量で水圧に耐える型式のダム。堤頂から水が越える越流式のものが多い。
 Nationally registered cultural property. The Aoshita No. 3 Dam is located upstream of the Aoshita No. 2 Dam. The levee length is 60.4m, the levee height is 15.15m, and the full water level difference from the 2nd dam reservoir is about 18m. Similar to the 2nd dam, it is an overflow type gravity dam with a cobblestone concrete boulder-covered management bridge, but it is characterized by having a mud discharge port downstream of the sub-dam. The secondary dam has a height of 2.4 m and a length of 27.7 m, and the management bridge has a length of 15.5 m and a width of 1.2 m. * Gravity dam: A type of dam that can withstand water pressure due to the weight of the dam itself. Most of them are overflow type where water overflows from the top of the embankment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本で最初のレンガで作ったダムです。他の観光地とは違います！近くに仙台市水道記念館があります。無料ですが問合せしてから行ったらよいです。市ﾊﾞｽ定義ゆきバス停からも歩いて5分程度です。
This is the first brick dam in Japan. It's different from other tourist destinations! The Sendai City Waterworks Memorial is nearby. It's free, but you can go after making an inquiry. It is about 5 minutes on foot from the city bus definition Yuki bus stop.
