★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国登録文化財。青下ダム記念碑は，青下第1ダム右岸に至る取付通路脇の平地に設置された，幅14.4m，奥行6.9m，高さ2.6mの記念碑である。地元産の石材を用い，正面に山羊頭の噴水口を設け，背面に「仙台市水道拡張工事誌」の銘板を埋め込む。銘板には，顧問の茂庭忠次郎，技術部長の八島明，技師の杉本宗二郎らの名が記されている。

The Aoshita Dam Memorial is a monument with a width of 14.4m, a depth of 6.9m, and a height of 2.6m, which was installed on the flat ground beside the attachment passage leading to the right bank of the Aoshita No. 1 Dam. Using locally produced stone, a goat-headed fountain will be provided on the front, and the nameplate of the "Sendai City Waterworks Expansion Construction Magazine" will be embedded on the back. On the nameplate, the names of advisor Tadajiro Moniwa, technical manager Akira Yashima, and engineer Soujiro Sugimoto are written.
