★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国登録文化財。青下ダム旧管理事務所は，鉄筋コンクリート造平屋建一部2階建，建築面積70平米で，青下第1貯水池事務所として建てられたものである。階段室を曲面上に突出させた，国際様式志向の建築で，丸窓の意匠も時代性を物語っている。建設にあたっては，当時の水道拡張課建築係長・鹿井清吾のもとで，菊池孝太郎（ともに仙台工業高校出身）が担当したと伝える。

The former management office of Aoshita Dam is a two-story reinforced concrete one-story building with a building area of 70 square meters, and was built as the Aoshita No. 1 Reservoir Office. It is an international style-oriented architecture with the staircase protruding on a curved surface, and the design of the round window also shows the timeliness. It is reported that Kotaro Kikuchi (both from Sendai Technical High School) was in charge of the construction under the guidance of Seigo Kai, the chief of the Waterworks Expansion Division at that time.
