K	Karnjana Karnjanatawe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are very polite. Although the airport is small, it has a kid’s corner and kid books.

M	Mr Lilikoi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aomori Airport is a ripoff if you are using a rental car!!! I believe it's the only airport in Japan that charges a toll fee just to enter the airport! You cannot enter the airport unless you pay a 200 (or was it 250?) yen fee. On top of that, if you are renting a car, there are no gas stations within 4 km of the airport, so I entered the airport figuring there was a gas station near the rental car outlets. Nope. The car rental agency wanted to charge me 4500 yen to fill up the tank. So I ended up paying a 250 yen fee to enter the airport, then I had to exit the airport to fill up gas at the nearest town 4 km away, then have to pay another 250 fee to enter the airport to return the car! The actual cost of gas at the station outside the airport was only 950 yen. If I had my way, I would never use Aomori Airport again.
J	Jeremy Grigson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently refurbished, it is much more presentable than it used to be. A good number of nice little restaurants and souvenir shops. I was very surprised by the transformation after so many times passing through it over the years.
K	Kyle Sandiford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only saw one place to eat aside from vending machines. Korea air was not there the day prior for early check in. Toll roads were expensive to and from the parking lot that you need to also pay ridiculous money for anything more than 10 days. Oh and my favorite part, no hotels, gas stations or convenience stores anywhere near the place when they shut down the terminal at 10pm. I made a mistake booking here. Misawa airport would have been a better buy and that's saying something if you know anything about the base and how pax likes to run things.
K	KL Pow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airport. Information counter was not as helpful as those in Tokyo. When asked about bus to Hirosaki, they pointed me to the convenience stall. After I purchased the ticket from the convenience stall, they still wanted me to go back to the convenience stall when I asked them about the bus stop location. Very disappointed. But immigration was smooth and there are a few tax free shop at 2nd level where we can get our goodies before we depart Japan. They are located outside the security area. So we can buy the things, pack them before we check in. Very helpful for international tourist. The Korean Air check in counter were very efficient and helpful. Thank you.
P	Peter Kam Fai Cheung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the evening of December 21, 2019, we, from Hong Kong, drove our rental car here to pick up our elder daughter who flew in from Fukuoka. Driving inside the Airport is subject to a cash toll of Yen 220. Arriving passengers can wait for pickup at the non-near lane ie not the taxi lane.
E	Erine Taguchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good local airport in Aomori. It’s good and not bad. There are some souvenirs shops and restaurants. You can kill time before your departure maybe. Looks modern and clean! Enjoy!
