★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前近くのお店からハシゴした際に30分程滞在して、ソフトドリンク一杯でお会計1800円くらいかな？でした。新潟市の相場分からなかったのでお金払ってその場を後にしましたが、どうしても気になり、お会計時の伝票を思い出してドリンク2杯になってるのを後から問い合わせしました。女性スタッフさんとダーツを投げ、2回とも負けて少ししてからお会計の流れでした。
電話で問い合わせたところ、私がなぜドリンク＋1杯されてるのですか？と尋ねたところ、「スタッフが(ドリンク)もらった分ですね〜」と言われ、「は？」ってなりました。
居酒屋でもどこのお店でもお客さんに一声かけるとかしますが、私はされてません。
挙句の果てには電話対応した方が
「当店はしっかり教育していますので絶対に有り得ません」
という始末。そういうことがあったから問い合わせたのに最終的に対応がめんどくさくなったのか「じゃあ端数分お客様に返しましょうか？」と言われました。
最低です。お店側の非を認めません。
結局それからはこのお店には行かなくなりました。居心地がよかったですが、そういう方々が居るので皆さんも勝手にドリンク付けられたりするかもしれません。ご注意を。友達にも何人かされたという人がいました。
ちなみに私が行った時にいた女性スタッフはもうやめたみたいな話聞きました。
