た	たけぞう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日クリスタルキーパーを依頼しました。 webの説明では分かりづらかったので、店員さんからお話を伺った内容を記載します。クリスタルキーパーは、下地処理を行わず、今ある塗装の状態でコーティングするそうですので、ドアノブ等の小キズはそのまま残るそうです。下地処理を(磨き)行いドアノブ等の小傷を消したい方は、その上のダイヤモンドキーパー以上を依頼してください。また、クリスタスキーパーは、コーティング後も機械洗車は避けた方が良いそうです。あくまで、コーティング上ですが小傷がつく可能性があるそうです。本日仕上がりを見て、最終評価したいと思います。 I asked for a crystal keeper yesterday. a	ayumi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前手洗い洗車をお願いしました。接客などの対応、洗車の仕上がりも普通レベルでした。ただ一点だけ、車を引き取りそのあと一般道を走り出すと今まで聞いたことの無い警告音が鳴り出しました。警告音があまりに大きかったので、一瞬何の警告音か焦りましたが、メーター部分を見ると、ボンネットが空いているという警告音でした… 洗車時にボンネットの中も点検頂いたのですが、ボンネットが最後まで閉まったか対応された方が確認しなかったようです。「プロショップ」という名前を付けるならこの程度のミスは有り得ないと思います。途中車道に停めたくてもなかなか停められる道がなく、渋滞している道をそのまましばらく走ることになり、その間もずっと警告音は鳴ったまま。。顧客にこんな思いをさせるショップはあるのかと呆れました。それ以来利用していません。 I asked for a hand wash before.
