★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話の対応の女性がとても気怠そうな感じで、とても不快でした。病院なんてこんなもんかとも思いますが、電話対応くらいもう少しまともに出来ないのでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 近くに良い小児科があるので、自分も風邪をひいたときに行きます。
まずこの内科は予約制なしで、大変混んでいるので1時間ほど待つ前提で外出ありです。なのでここで9:25に受付してから小児科に行きました。
小児科は30分ほどで終わり、少し授乳して10:30、内科に戻るとまだまだかかる様子。
赤ちゃんがぐずり出したので散歩に行きました。11時に戻ると17番まできているようでした。20番なのでそのまま待つことに。
自分の番が来るまで結局11:30の2時間かかかりました。診療自体はちゃんとしているし、とても親切なのですが時間がかかりすぎでは、、？
待合も狭いので何人も外出してまだ時間がかかるからまた外出して行きました。
自分以外がほとんど高齢の方で、この医院は薬をたくさん処方してくれますから、きっと高齢者の間で人気なのでしょうね。
時間かかりすぎなのでもっと、中待合で次の人は待つとか、スムーズに回せば良いのに。
赤ちゃん連れには少し向かないですね。大変疲れました。

私の場合は１時間待って２分の診察ですが症状により当然長い人も多い
受付に事務員？二人、待時間が多いから一人でも十分な様な感じ

口コミを見て＆予約の電話の際にも「かなりお待ちいただく場合もあります」と言われていたので、長時間の待ち時間を覚悟していたのですが、たまたま私が行った時（平日の昼間）はタイミング良く空いていて、あまり待たずに診察をしてもらえました。
お医者さんもスタッフの方々も感じが良く、ここにして良かったと思いました。
しかも、いつも採血の際には何度も失敗されるほど血管の細い私の採血を、1回で成功させてくださったので、すごいと思いました。
清潔感があって、可愛らしい感じの医院でした。
