★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お土産でフルーツカスタードのロールケーキを頂き食べましたが、ロールケーキの生地がキメは細かいが素材の味を生かさないといけないのに味がいまいち。シャンティーも濃厚さは感じられずあっさりではあるが、カスタードも全卵しようなのだろうあっさり目。フルーツが水っぽい。よってシャンティーが水っぽくなるため濃厚さがさらになく全体的に水っぽく、こくがなく感じました。見た目が美味しそうだったのにちょっと残念でした
I had a fruit custard roll cake as a souvenir and ate it, but the dough for the roll cake was fine, but the taste was not good, though I had to make the most of the taste of the material. Shanti is thick and not easy to feel, but custard should be a whole egg. The fruit is watery. Therefore, I felt that there was no further thickening because the chanty became watery, and it was totally watery and dark. It looked a bit disappointing though it looked delicious
