1	1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新しくなってから初めて利用。最初も最後の計量も、受付のお姉さんたちは親切丁寧な説明でした。受付後、誘導の男性スタッフの指示で車ごと中に入ります。何を廃棄するのか、種類によって番号のレーンに車を寄せて自分で廃棄物をおろします。台車に乗せれば終了です。私は布団とコタツ布団と座椅子と電車レンジ。椅子はレーンの脇で自分で解体。カッターや手袋、ドライバーなどが用意されていますが、これも親切なお兄さんがおしえてくれました。以前は、愛想がないおじさんたちが冷た〜く対応してましたが、なんて違いだ！隣にはねつりようされたお風呂がある。歩行用の浴室もあり、ランニングマシーンもあるらしい。今度仕事帰りによってみようと思う！丁寧な接客は、矢板市がきちんと採用してるのかな？前の施設とは大違いで驚きました矢板市長様　お見事！ Used for the first time since it was new. R	R C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の方々は皆さん親切で、不安を覚える事はありませんでした。施設の造りも分かりやすく迷うことはありません。ゴミを持ち込みで処理してもらう分には満点です。ただプラや発泡スチロール等の分別がなく、全て燃やされてしまいます。家庭で分別していましたが、みんな一緒に燃やす場所に置くことにとても残念な気持ちでした。大変でしょうが分別の推進が進んでほしいなと思います。 The staff were all kind and I didn't feel anxious. あ	あきみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 粗大ごみを持ち込みました。(プラスチックのゴミ箱、スティッククリーナーなど) 敷地内に入って車を進めると、測定場所があります。車に乗ったまま、ドライブスルーみたいに窓開けて受付やりとりします。身分証の確認されました(矢板市かどうか) 何を捨てるか聞かれて、ボードを渡されて、車の計量が終わって前へ進みます。建物の上へ進んでいくと大きな扉が自動で開いて、中で作業してた人にボードを渡して、車をどこにつけるか指示してくれます。車を停めて、ごみを下ろします。出口へ車を進め、測定場所で計量し、減ったごみの重さによって料金支払います。 100円支払いました。受付もごみ捨て作業のかたも対応に何の不満もありません。ゴミがなくなってスッキリしました～！ We brought in oversized garbage.
