引っ越しの際にとてもお世話になりました。 解らないことばかりの 私達に作業員の皆さんが 優しく丁寧に教えてくださるので 本当に嬉しかったです。 土曜日は午前のみの営業なのでめちゃ混みます。 私が行った時はゴミ捨て等の車で大渋滞。 ゴミ捨てるのに30分以上待ちました。 平日だと空いてました。

市内でせん定作業をして出たゴミを持ち込みました。市民ではないので手続きがありましたが親切でしたよ。50㎏500円は他の市と比べて安いです。

日頃からブルーカラーと接しているだけあって、従業員さんの口調はキツいです。初対面の相手に丁寧な言葉遣いができない人は苦手なんですけど、まぁゴミ屋なんてそんなもんですかね。搬入する廃棄物を予め指定の形状(←半分に切るとか?)にしておかないと、指先をこちらに向けて結構言ってきますよ。不愉快な思いをしたくない人は気をつけて!

はじめて粗大ゴミを捨てに行きましたが、受付の方も分別の係の方も親切でした。ゴミは重かったり時には汚い物や危険な物もあると思うのですが、皆さんテキパキと作業されていて感謝の気持ちがわきました。役に立ってくれた物をちゃんと処理できてありがたかったです。

子供の学習机を買い替えたので粗大ごみで捨てに行くと共に壊れた体重計だのWi-fiルーターだのを一式持ち込み処分に行きました。 たまたま平日に休みが取れたのでゴミ収集車のいない午後一に捨てに行き、「こんにちわ。子供の学習机と体重計、Wi-fiルーターを捨てに来ました」と捨てる物の区分を市のゴミ収集のルールに則り申告して、車検証を提示すると市民かそうでないかで料金の発生有無が異なるので確認の上、的確にどこの捨て場に持ち込めば良いか教えてくれます。 各ゴミ捨て場でも「こんにちわ。〇〇を捨てたいのですが、ここで良いですか?」と聞くと「これはこっちで、ここに入れてください」、「これは可燃ゴミの方で処理するので可燃ゴミの方に持って行ってください」とちゃんとリサイクルのルールに則って教えてくれます。 誰もが嫌がるゴミの処分や区分けを資源としてゴミを再利用する観点から適切に指導して、ゴミ処理をしてくださる職員の方々には敬意を払うべきです。(だからこちらから「おはようございます」、「こんにちわ」って都度挨拶をして礼儀を持って接すれば親切に対応してくださいます) 北清掃センターの職員の方は市役所職員なので、こちらがちゃんと礼儀をわきまえた行動をすればちゃんと対応してくださいます。 ちゃんと礼儀をわきまえず、ゴミ持ってきたから捨てさせろ的なことを言われれば誰だって頭にきて対応が悪くなるのは当たり前です。 職員の方々をブルーワーカーとか言う表現をしている方は、いち市民としてまともとは思えません。 ゴミを持ち込み処分していただく以上はちゃんと施設やゴミリサイクルのルールに則り対応するのが筋です。 職員の方に対して悪い評価をされている方はご自身がちゃんとそういったルールを守った上で評価されているのか疑問に思います。 まぁ、土曜の午前中が混雑するのは昔からですので、混雑を緩和させたいのであれば、持ち込むゴミを市のルールに則って区分して持ち込み、列に並んでいる間にちゃんと車検証と免許証を準備してスグ出せるようにするなど一人一人の行動を見直すべきではないでしょうか。 土曜の午前に混雑を悪化させているのはゴミの区分をちゃんとしないで持ち込んでいる方がほとんどです。

There is no clear sign for the entrance to this building and no sign other than on the driveway to indicate where to go once you pass through the gates. Visitors will undoubtedly make the mistake of taking the larger entrance where many cars are parked. However, this is not the entrance for the recycling centre. On the two occasions I visited the centre the majority of staff seem to be pensioners. One could not read the back of my driving licence where my change of address is noted. He waved me on through, so nothing to complain about. Although, he probably should put his glasses on in future. None of the staff there seemed friendly at all. Even greeting them in Japanese was met with silence. Staff on both occasions seemed to assume that I should already know what kind of system they use. Even though it is not clearly signposted. When I passed some blankets in a bag to one of the staff they immediately tossed it into the trash and then questioned, "You don't need the bag those blankets were in, do you?" - to which I replied "No." It seemed pointless to reply, "Yes" as he had already thrown it into the trash. I wonder if they were offering to jump into that trash to fish out the bag covered in goodness knows what to return to me... No, thank you or take care on the way home. Just silence and a gesture to exit out the side of the building.
