★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一通りの設備が揃っていて、スペースもそれなりにあるので、密にならずにトレーニングできます。清潔感もあります。
曜日や時間帯によって混み具合が違うのはどこも同じだと思いますが、間隔を開けているせいもあって、ストレッチスペースとトレッドミルの順番待ちが少し増えた気はします。
 With all the facilities and plenty of space, you can train without getting too crowded. There is also a feeling of cleanliness.
I think it's the same everywhere that the congestion is different depending on the day of the week and the time of day, but I feel that the waiting time for the stretch space and the treadmill has increased a little because of the gap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 無料枠の範囲内でもトレーニングメニューの指導や食事の指導、体組成計を使ったアドバイスをトレーナーの方からしていただけました。お得感もあるしトレーニングも上手く効いてる感じがあり助かってます。24時間いつでもトレーニング出来るのもあり月謝も標準的なジムと比べると安く設備も清潔で全体的な満足感は高いです。
Even within the free frame, the trainer gave me guidance on training menus, dietary guidance, and advice using a body composition analyzer. It's a great deal, and I feel that the training is working well, which is helpful. You can train 24 hours a day, the monthly fee is cheaper than the standard gym, the facilities are clean, and the overall satisfaction is high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗は土足禁止の室内用シューズが必要なタイプの店舗です。たまにこの手の店舗があるので注意が必要ですね。
店舗自体はそれ程広くなく、どちらかと言えば小規模ですが、最近行った小規模店の中では1番良かったです。
マシンが結構所狭したと設置されているのですが、その分設置量は多いです。
フリーウエイトエリアはそこまで広くなく最低限といったところ。
それとミラーの設置量が多く、この点も良いと思いました。
