素	素振りをする素振り on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から徒歩3分くらいとかなり近いジムです。定型駐車場はないので車で来る際は近隣の有利駐車場を利用してください。駐輪場はあまり広くないですが一階にあります。バイクは止められないです。設備はそこら辺のエニタイムとあまり変わらない感じです。下に他の店舗が入っている為ダンベル、バーベルを床にに置く際はマットを必ず敷かないといけません。(騒音対策のため)常にトレーナーが監視しているのでマット無しで床に置くと飛んできて注意されます。混み合う時間帯(夕方から夜)でも比較的空いているので待ち時間はあまりありません。オススメ具合としてはまあまあの部類ですね。 It is a gym that is quite close to the station, about a 3-minute walk.
