駐車場が広いです。
マシンについて
フリーウェイトエリアはすごく広々としていて、あまり周りを気にせずワークアウトに集中できていいです。
4台もパワーラックがあって使いやすい。
全てTORQUE製です。個人的にlifefitnessなどよりもこちらのTORQUEが好きなので気に入っています。
ベンチは3台も完備。
本当に充実している。
マシンについては一通りあるって感じです。
特別なものはレッグカールのマシンが他店舗と違うくらいです。
有酸素も困らないくらいはあります。
店員さんも普通に優しい人です。
 I moved to Yamagata from Tokyo for work reasons.
The parking lot is large.
About the machine
The free weight area is very spacious and you can concentrate on your workout without worrying too much about your surroundings.
There are 4 power racks and it is easy to use.
All made by TORQUE. I personally like this TORQUE rather than life fitness, so I like it.
There are 3 benches.
It's really fulfilling.
It feels like there is a whole set of machines.
The special thing is that the leg curl machine is different from other stores.
There is enough aerobic to not bother you.
The clerk is also an ordinary kind person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セキュリティーキーをかざしたのに、鍵が開かず、ALSOKからは来るのに20分かかると言われた。そんな待機時間はないので帰宅。朝トレしようと早起きして貴重な時間を久しぶりに確保したのに残念だった。
I held the security key over, but it didn't open and I was told that it would take 20 minutes to come from ALSOK. There is no such waiting time, so I went home. It was a pity that I got up early to train in the morning and secured a precious time for the first time in a long time.
