受付→診察まではスムーズだが、先生の態度は非常に悪い。 ダルそうというか、特に詳しく話を聞くわけでもなくこちらから色々聞いても「まあ見た感じ異常ないんで様子見てください」の一点張り。 触診も無いし、痛む場所と違う所のレントゲンとMRIとらされて終わった。(ちゃんと説明はしたのに) MRIあるってだけで見る医者が駄目なら無駄金。 結局、別の整形外科できちんとみてもらい原因が分かりました。(アントラの医者は筋肉とか筋と言ってましたが全然的外れ) 1万近い診察代払って大損です。 こんなに払うなら、総合病院できちんと見てもらう方が間違い無いです。 ここは二度と行きませんし、全くオススメ出来ませんよー。

If you pay so much, there is no doubt that you should see it properly at a general hospital. I will never go here and I can't recommend it at all.

セカンドオピニオンで伺いました。スポーツ整形の専門とのとこで、いろいろと問診して頂けると期待してましたが、いざ呼ばれると、簡単な問診(原〇先生が一方的に話す)→触診10秒程度→レントゲン→問診(原〇先生が一方的に話す)。私が話そうとすると被せてきますので何もはなせませんでした。態度は大股開きで背もたれに大きく寄りかかり、且つ、話すのは画面を見ながらでこちらには一切振り向かず…… 有名で忙しい病院なのは理解しますが、先生の対応はその辺の町医者以下で非常に残念でした。

医師、看護師、受付、リハビリの対応は素晴らしいと思います。 いけないのは、患者側なんだよ。 小学校低学年ならわかるけど、中高生の診察にナゼ親が付き添うのか?過保護過ぎないか?混み合ってるのにナゼに堂々と一緒に椅子に座ってるの? 足腰痛くて来てる患者ばかりなのによ! 松葉杖を持った子が立ったまま待っているのによ! 車で待っておけよ! 空気読めや! 密をつくるな! その辺、医院側も対応してほしいです。

土曜日の朝8:30に電話したら、留守番電話になり電話での予約は10時~と言われ、その時間に電話をしたら土曜日は予約が無いので来院した順番と言うので、早速いってみました 受付、レントゲン技師さん、先生も看護師さんも対応良かったです すぐレントゲンを撮ってくれて診察して、MRIも撮ってくれました そんなに混んでいなくて良かったです 隣にリハビリをするところもあるので良いと思いました

部活でバスケットボールをしている長女と母がお世話になってます。 受付の方や看護婦さんは優しく、娘をみてくれるアントラーズの先生はいつも丁寧に診察をしてくれて、病名をしっかり教えてくれた上でアドバイスをくれます。リハビリではマッサージや機械で痛みをとってくれるだけでなく、体の使い方を教えてくれたり、スタジアムの中の人工芝で復帰のためのトレーニングをしてくれます。(選手が使うところ) 確かに、夕方は混んでいたり、怪我をした時、必ずアントラーズクリニックの先生がみてくれるわけではありませんが、娘は夕方の部活で怪我をしたときも予約なく当日に他の先生が診察してくれました。 希望としては、もっと娘の総体の前とかは毎日リハビリが出来るようにしてほしいのと、色々な大学病院の先生がいるのはわかるので、2回目の診察の時はアントラーズの先生も指名できるようにしてほしいのと日曜日もやってほしいです。娘はクリニックでみてもらっている先生をアントラーズの試合の時に探して、いつも盛り上がっています!

受け付けの方の対応が良かった。過不足なく明快に待たされることを説明した。受付の前に待合スペースがあり、会計の様子や次回の予約受付の高齢者対応が 間近で見られる。待たされる理由が目の前にある。自分もそのように応対シテほしければ、黙って待つしかない。好感 大。

首が痛くなり全く動かせないのと激痛で診てもらいました。アンケートに書いたものを見るだけで、細かい事は聞いてこない、パソコンをずっと見ながら痛み止めを飲んで我慢するしかないかなって感じで終わりました。受付と看護師さんは親切で対応も良かったけど2人の先生に診察してもらったが、同じ感じで詳細は聞かず痛み止めを沢山くれるだけでした。結局、近所の接骨院で診てもらいリハビリや家での対処法を教えてもらい良くなりました。接骨院は薬がもらえないので薬をもらえただけ良かったかな。

Very friendly and professional doctors and nurses. Good treatment and fair prices(for Tourists with travel insurance etc.) But you have to speak at least basic Japanese, for filling out the questionaire and describing your injury. No one of the staff can communicate in English with you. Nevertheless, they will help you with the questionaire and try everything to explain your diagnosis and coming treatment.
