め	めぐもも on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本社の人！！現場を見て改善して欲しい。今の現状だと焼肉きんぐにお客さんが流れるだろうなって感じ。ディナータイムに2人で行った。すぐ座れるとしてももう二度と行かない。席に案内されたが七輪、箸、トングが無い。食べ放題コースを頼んでタッチパネルを渡されるが注文しても商品が20分何も出てこない。出てきたと思えば肉は全部凍ってる。塊肉なんかは、なかなか焼けない。サイドメニューの揚げ物は冷めた状態で出てくる。チゲスープは調理場の排水の溜まった水をすくって持ってきたのか？という感じの見た目で、しかもぬるかった。厨房の中ポンコツすぎ。ホールの学生も持っていけと言われたからとデザートを先に持ってくる始末(他に頼んでた商品あったのに)。怒りというより呆れて笑けた(怒って帰る客は何組もいた)。最後に責任者の人が謝ってどうにかって…あまりにも1人に背負わせすぎ。謝って欲しい訳じゃないじゃん。美味しかったね〜、また来たいね〜って思いたいだけよ。 Headquarters person! !!
