品揃えは、やや女性客寄りかも

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルニューグリーンプラザです。駅近くです。部屋はごく普通でした。駐車場も、周辺に何ヶ所かあるようです。朝食はもう少し新潟らしさがあっても良いと思いました。
Hotel New Green Plaza. It's near the station. The room was very normal. It seems that there are several parking lots in the vicinity. I thought that breakfast could be a little more Niigata-like.

ただ、ほしい品物がない可能性の方が高くても新潟市までいかなくていい点だけはありがたい。
立地は駅なので車の人にとっては少し不便ですが、バスや電車を使ってる人にとっては利用しやすい場所だと思います。
The customer service and assortment are poor.
However, I am grateful that I do not have to go to Niigata City even if it is more likely that I do not have the item I want.
The location is a station, so it's a little inconvenient for people who drive, but I think it's an easy place for people who use buses and trains.

あと1部店員の態度が悪い。というか、当たりが強い感じ。
接客が嫌いそうだったから、この仕事やめさせた方がいい。
その他の店員は、丁寧に対応してくれる。

web在庫確認(新商品を発売日に)で見ても最初からデータ上に長岡店はなく、一応行ってみてもやはり店舗にない
店員に聞くと「最初から仕入れてない」ばかり
アニメイトでよくある◯◯◯◯円以上購入で貰える購入特典はこの店舗ではグッズが無さすぎて不可能なので諦めるしかない
在庫とか聞いても嫌々な感じで受け答えしてきて感じ悪いし、レジ作業も遅い。
土日は大行列になってることが多々あるけどレジ担当以外の店員はその行列見てるだけでレジヘルプもしないから一向に進まず30分待ってまだレジにたどり着けず…が多々ある。その時はもう途中で諦めて帰る。

店内は小規模ですが都内では売り切れている物も、ここでは手にはいるかもです( *´艸｀)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 階段を上がって奥に進むとエレベーターと階段があるのでどちらかで3階に向かいます。店内は細長い感じでそれなりに広く感じます。レジは入り口から真っ直ぐ進んだ奥にあります。dポイント様です。土日は結構混み合うので注意マスク必須になってます。
