美	美輝川 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃え(アニメ作品によって)にばらつきがある。特典などは手に入りやすいですが、欲しい作品のグッズが全くなかったので残念。結局アニメイト高崎か東京方面へ行きました。 There are variations in the product lineup (depending on the anime work). ノ	ノーア on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の方の対応がとにかく最悪です。特に男性の対応。毎回間違えるうえ、正しい内容を伝えても｢は？｣という反応。新人さんという訳でもないのにミスも多いですし、対応も言葉遣いも悪いです。つい最近、友人の代行もあったため雑誌を2冊買わせて頂こうとしたのですが、｢あ、これおひとり様1点なんで。戻してください｣と。何処にもそんなこと書いてないので、一言謝罪した後に｢もしかして、どこかに書いてありました？｣と聞いたら｢いや、書いてあることが全てじゃないんで。いいからおひとつでいいですよね。｣という風に言われました。は？仮にも店員さんの対応とは思えない。後ろも並んでいた訳でもないのにです。周りの店員さんも｢2冊はダメよね｣とコソコソと。なら最初からポップやらTwitterやらに書いておいてくれればいい話なのに。とにかくこの店舗は、気分が最悪になることが多いです。 Anyway, the correspondence of the clerk is the worst. 日	日向とん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週刊誌の特典が欲しく、こちらで購入しました。週刊誌はビニールに包まれており、中が見れないようになっているのが気に入って購入しました。購入後、帰宅して楽しみに開けましたがまさかの特典の表面が解けていました。特典は1ページ目に挟まっているタイプ＋ビニールシート仕様のため恐らく外側の梱包をした際の熱で溶けたものだと思われます。アニメイトで2冊程購入しましたが、どちらも溶けており、他の本屋さんで買った特典は全て溶けてはいませんでした。アニメイトとはこのような商品を売るのだとかなり落胆、失望しました。こちらの店舗に関しましては店員さんもかなり対応が悪く、お客を邪魔扱いするような場面も多くあり、もう二度と利用しないと思います。 I bought it here because I wanted the benefits of the weekly magazine.
