A	Aniza Yaakob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is visible from the road. You can't miss it. The displays are very organized and tempting (don't say I didn't warn you). The staff is also very attentive and helpful. Definitely worth a visit during sales season or if you're an Anello fan.

I had a hard time choosing & had to narrow my choices down because I didn't want to lug everything around all day as our hotel wasn't close by the store. Next time I will plan accordingly. ? They are fully staffed so it was easy to find an associate for help even though it is quite a busy store. I love all the designs and the fact that everything was available in one big store. If you're a Anello bag fan, this store is definitely a must when in Osaka. It's in the general vicinity of the Shinsaibashi street so it wasn't hard to find.

Although, you can now buy this brand easily in other Asian countries, this store is special as the range is full and most of all, you may have a better chance of more colour selections on the item you want to buy. I do see some designs in here that you will not see outside Japan. It is really worth a visit. Price and quality is reasonable for this brand. It is good that they make bags for different type of people and not just concentrating in one niche group of shoppers. Staff are well trained with good English. They are very helpful and friendly. I asked if there is more colour choices on a bag, the staff went to the store room and came back with six colours for me to see. The staff even explained the design of the bag to me in details. This is much appreciated. I will come back again! It is a good shopping experience in here everytime.

I purchased two regular kuchigane backpacks for family members but wanted this orange-colored one for myself. Apparently the color was quite popular and he had trouble finding it in the size I wanted. I left with the color I wanted though, in a similar size and better material (thicker & also water-repellent). Purchases over 5,000¥ are tax-free for international tourists.

T	Tao Jaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Shop, a lot of choices, but Rude shop assistant, actually one that serve us at cashier, we buy 3 bags, after we already pay, she doesn’t event say thanks, and when we come again to the store the next day, and she saw us again, her face doesn’t even smile and she didn’t welcome us like the others shop assistants did, so rude! Unfortunately I didn’t saw her name tag! I will post her name if i came again to this shop again

Japan has been recognise for their friendly good service around the world, but noted that those foreign staffs over this Anello Osaka flagship store all seem to be very rude, showing their bad attitude toward customers. No smile on the face. Service wasn't attentive at all. At lasts, I was served by a Japanese lady name by K. TSUNEISHI. She was really polite and recommend their Anello products to me and other customers.
M	My H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really looking forward to getting an Anello bag. I have heard of many shops selling counterfeit ones, so I waited until I can get to the flagship store to get a real one. Sadly, even the official ones are low quality bags. I have only been using the bag for a few days and stitches are already coming off. Zippers also look very fragile and I am worry about them breaking soon. I wish I have save the money and gotten something more durable.
