★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「安房」といえば藤なのですが、昔の藤園はとても小さく、羽島市にある竹鼻別院のような立派なものではありませんでした。今はどうかわかりませんが、個人所有で観賞するためには入場料が必要だったのです。なだらかな傾斜地になっていて、上のほうは市営墓地です。そこに行くには藤園を通り抜けたほうが早かったのです。もうかれこれ40年以上前の話ですが、花の色は薄く、長さもありませんでした。鯉が泳ぐ庭園はありましたが、それも小さな池で、こんなのでお金を取るなんてさもしいと思いました。その藤棚を隠すように「安房」という季節限定のお店がありました。その店では小さくとも小売りをやっていましたし、座敷席もあって団体客の対応をしていましたが、長い間行っていないので現在どうなっているのかわかりません。調べてみると個人所有から市に移管されたとも受け取れる記載がありましたが、本当かどうかもわからないのです。いまだに昔の様子を覚えているだけに行きたいという気にはなりません。竹鼻別院の藤は見たいとは思いますが、安房の藤だけは見ても仕方がないと思っています。
"Abo" is wisteria, but the old wisteria garden was very small and wasn't as impressive as Takehanabetsuin in Hashima city. I don't know now, but I needed an admission fee to see it privately. It is a gently sloping land, and the upper one is a municipal graveyard. It was faster to go through Fujien to get there. It's been more than 40 years ago, but the color of the flower was pale and there was no length. There was a carp swimming garden, but it was also a small pond, so I thought it would be trivial to take money. There was a seasonal shop called "Abo" to hide the wisteria trellis. Even though it was small, the store was retailing, and there was a tatami room seat to accommodate group guests, but I haven't been there for a long time, so I don't know what's going on. When I looked it up, I found that it was transferred from my own property to the city, but I don't know if it is true or not. I still don't want to go because I just remember the old days. I want to see the wisteria of Takehanabetsuin, but I think it's no use looking at the wisteria of Awa.
