接客人によっては最悪！
全く動物に愛情が感じられない。
福島のアミーゴの方は全員、親切に詳しく教えてくれましたよ。
家のインコは福島で見つけました。
餌や育て方まで教えてくれました。
ここでは餌すら買いたく無いのでネットで買ってます^_^

宮城の店舗のお兄さんは、懇切丁寧に色々教えて頂き、無理な押し付けもせずにアドバイス頂きました。本当に動物に対しても愛情たっぷりでした！がこちらは感じられません。レジの男性はサンプルくれるのは良いが、年齢聞いときながら、子猫だと伝えたのに聞いてないのか？シニア用サンプル貰いました！

ポイントガードが1円から使えないのは辛いな。500ポイントが簡単に貯まるはずないし。
アプリがイマイチだったけどもう廃止された？？
生き物扱うからこそアプリで入荷情報とか店舗ごと毎日の最新情報を流したほうが活性化されてユーザーと繋がりやすいと思うんですけどね。
