虹	虹ノ羽爬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ミニバンを試乗させてもらった時、私を年下だと思って上から目線のタメ口で話す40歳前後の女性営業さんがいました。「今何乗ってんの～？ミニバン考えてんだぁー」とかそんな感じ。ディーラーでそんな対応された経験なく、面食らった。見積りを取ってみたが、下取りが他店より20万以上安い上に値引きも渋め。買い得感は感じられなさそう。あと駐車場に入っても誘導や出迎えもなし。ディーラーも様々でしょうが、ここは接客がイマイチです。 When I had a test drive of a minivan before, there was a female salesperson around 40 years old who thought I was younger and talked from above with a tame mouth. "What are you riding now? I'm thinking of a minivan." I was taken aback by the dealer's experience of dealing with such issues. I tried to get an estimate, but the trade-in is more than 200,000 cheaper than other stores and the discount is also astringent. I don't think it's a good deal. There is no guidance or pick-up even if you enter the parking lot. There may be various dealers, but customer service is not good here.

ラ	ラルレオ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車購入目的で来店。来店時に店舗スタッフからの挨拶なし。奥で営業会議してる様でしたが誰一人対応してくれなかった。ディーラーに来る目的は、自動車購入、もしくは検討中か、修理依頼。冷やかしも一部有ると思うがせめて来店したお客さまに "いらっしゃいませ" 位は言って欲しい。対応していただいた営業さんも感じは悪くないが、タメ口。友達ではないので接客業である事をくれぐれもお忘れないようにお願い致します。値引き交渉もろもろご対応していただきましたが、値引き幅は殆ど変わらなかったが接客対応が良い別のグループのディーラーを選択し契約しました。安い買物では無いので、お客さまは人（営業マン）から購入するというという事を改めて気付いて欲しい。 Visited for the purpose of purchasing a new car. さ	さぶりな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社員の皆さん全員明るいあいさつでとても印象が良い。同じサービス業として素晴らしいと思う。皆さん気さくで相談もしやすい。店内も明るく居心地が良い。コロナの影響でお茶は出ないがその旨丁寧に伝えてもらい配慮が伺える。車の販売は相談のしやすさが1番だと思う。気分よく高い買物が出来た。これからも利用したいと思う。無料洗車も快くやってくれるしとても助かっている All the employees have a bright greeting and a very good impression.
