★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就活用の証明写真を撮ってもらったが、男性店員の知識が乏しく全くダメだなという感じだった。ネクタイや髪形などのチェックが甘く、就活用の写真を撮りに来るところではないと思った。他のお店で写真を撮ってもらった方が良い。全くお勧めできない。
I was asked to take an ID photo of the utilization, but I felt that the knowledge of the male clerk was poor and it was completely useless. I didn't check my tie and hairstyle, so I thought it wasn't the place to come to take a picture of how to use it. You had better have a photo taken at another store. Not recommended at all.

一万～三万って言われました。サポートセンターできいたと言ってもごちゃごちゃと難しい用語を使って結局出来ませんの一点張り三万ってぼったくりかー。???

ただ残念なことに、液晶に傷がついていたため、バッテリー交換をするとなると液晶も交換しなくてはいけなくなり、修理金額を考えた結果、今回は修理せず新しいスマホを購入することにしました。
スタッフの方には、とても丁寧な対応をしてもらったのに、修理をしなかったので、本当に申し訳なかったです。
また何かあったときには、行かせてもらいます^_^
