A Spanish restaurant I've always wanted to visit. I used to have a 1,000 yen lunch, but it's gone. I went with the information that it was recently revived! The couscous lunch I saw on Instagram was so delicious that I came to see it. The interior is calm with green and brown tones that give off a warmth of nature. The soup has the sourness of tomatoes and the complex tomato-based vegetable taste. It's a personal problem, but I didn't like tomatoes, so I had a hard time drinking it, but it seemed to be good for my body, so I tried my best ^-^ The bread is crunchy but tasty. It also comes with olive oil. And the main lamb and vegetable stew with couscous appeared. After all it looks good! I am glad that the lamb's meat is more than I expected ♪ Are vegetables zucchini, beans, carrots, tomatoes, radishes? Is included and comes with a couscous. It's almost the size of a rice grain, but it's still a kind of pasta, so it's interesting♪ When you eat it quickly, you can enjoy different vegetables every time depending on where you take because you use various vegetables. The lamb's meat is cooked softly and there is no stress. And the broth has all the umami flavor and is deep and rich. delicious. It goes well with giggles. It feels just right in terms of volume. Even so, I didn't think I used meat this much, so I was very satisfied. It was nice to have a dish that did not disappoint us ♪ Business lunches are also attractive, so we must revisit here! I'm looking forward to the next one. It was a feast!

A shop that I've always been interested in because I couldn't attend the meeting that my friend who lives in Osaka called me. I came across a great shop. A shop that makes you want to come all the way. There was Basque in Kansai. I visit Basque several times a year at my favorite place, but I don't think there are many delicious restaurants in Japan that serve Basque food. The lineup of appetizers is also attractive, and next time I would like to enjoy a meal with about 6 to 8 people while slurping wine. I couldn't order this time, but I would like to have L bone steak!
