パンの発酵からきちんと自家製で作られています。 パン屋の孫なので、嗅ぎ慣れた発酵のいい匂いがしているお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度、生地に冷凍庫の匂いがついていることが気になり、もう一度購入してみたがやはり種類によって同じ匂いがついていることがあってあまり行かなくなった。貴重なパン屋なので、その点のみ改善してほしい!！
Once I was worried that the dough had the smell of a freezer, so I bought it again, but it didn't go much because it had the same smell depending on the type. It's a valuable bakery, so I want you to improve only that point !!

外(といっても三方は壁で屋根もある)で食べていると、最近見かけることが少なくなったスズメがやってきます。パンくずにありついているのか、丸々とした可愛いスズメたちです⤴️

When eating outside (though there are walls and a roof on three sides), sparrows that are rarely seen recently come. It's cute sparrows that are plump and fluffy, probably because they're stuck in breadcrumbs ⤴️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゆず、ブラッドオレンジ、レーズンのベルリンスティックがおいしかった。ハード系のパンも子供向けのパンもあります。アンデルセン公園に行く前にいつも寄ってます。お昼は混むので早めの時間なら空いてます。サンド系も美味しくて、価格も抑え目だと思います。
Yuzu, blood orange and raisin Berlin sticks were delicious. There are hard breads and children's breads. I always stop by before going to Andersen Park. It's crowded at noon, so it's free if it's early. The sandwiches are delicious and the price is low.
