でも北棟駐車場は今まで 4 時間無料だったのが 2 時間に減るみたいですね

分かりにくい、止めにくい。
今は北館に行くならクルマ以外で行きます。
入る際は、チケット発行等なく勝手にバーが開きます。
最初は強制左折です。
入って左折して突き当たり左端の列から順路に従って駐車しようとすると、侵入禁止。
左端まで走った後、真逆の右端の列まで順路に従って走って入れ直すアホスタイル。
聞いてもワケわからないでしょ。
その位ナンセンスな駐車場。
取り敢えず逆走に注意
