すごく横暴な態度で髪のケアがなってない、的なことを言われました。
ヘアカット後に後ろ髪が一部妙に長かったのでカットをしてください、と言ったらバランスがくずれると言われました。いえ、バランスが今既に悪いから切ってくれと言ったんですが。
結局切ってくれたかどうか覚えていませんがとにかくご自分のカットに自信があるようで顧客の望みを聞くということは二の次のようでした。
こちらはお金を払っている方なんですがね。
同じ方が今も働いているようです。お勧めはしません。
美容院は数多く行きましたが忘れられないほど嫌な記憶です。
