★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの店舗はお宮参りの時に利用。その後、ハーフバースデー、初節句、1歳と2歳の誕生日は近隣のショッピングモールの中にある店舗が利用しやすかったのでそちらに。全て対応も良く満足でした。
今回3歳の誕生日で利用。コロナ対策としてショッピングモール内より独立したこちらにしたら、とても事務的な対応でがっかり(お宮参りの時のスタッフさんはいなかった)。
七五三の写真の予約もしようと思っていましたが、夫と暗黙の了解でどちらともなく相談せず帰宅しました。
そして1歳、2歳の時にお願いした注文で今回もお願いしところできないといわれました。おかしいと思い違う商品を選んでいると、『先程選んでいただいた○○でできます』と。『すみません』や『こちらの勘違いで失礼しました』との言葉も一切無し。
『出来て良かった』で済む話かもしれませんが、私も夫も接客業が長いので気になっただけかもしれませんが、気分良く帰れませんでした。

Used this time on the 3rd birthday. As a measure against corona, I decided to make it independent from the shopping mall, so I was disappointed because of the very clerical work (there was no staff when visiting the shrine).
I was thinking of making a reservation for the photos of Shichigosan, but I went home without consulting with my husband without consent.
I was told that I couldn't make the request again this time because of the order I asked when I was 1 or 2 years old. If you are selecting a product that you think is strange, "I can do it with the ○○ you selected earlier". No words such as "I'm sorry" or "I'm sorry for misunderstanding here".
It might be a story that "I'm glad I made it", but I may have been worried because my husband and I have long been in the hospitality business, but I couldn't feel good going home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ディズニーが大好きなのでわざわざ遠いディズニーパワーアップ店に行き、パワーアップ店にしかないドレスとディズニーではない着物を選びました。
子どもを相手にする仕事に向いていない方がドレス、ベテランと思われる方が着物の撮影を担当し、笑っていない・カメラ目線ですらない写真がドレス、可愛く撮れている写真が着物になりました。
赤ちゃんなのに「こっち向いて」しか言わないし、あやさないし、奇跡的に笑っている時は何故かシャッターを押しませんでした。
買うに値しない写真しかありませんでしたが時間と移動と娘の頑張りが無駄になるので仕方なく買いました。
着物もドレスと同じ方だったら本部に苦情を言っていたと思います。
パワーアップを名乗るならディズニーの撮影だけは慣れている方にお願いしたかったです。
ディズニーが好きなので残念ですが、きちんと研修しないスタジオアリスにがっかりしたので今後はマリオに行きます。

If you want to call yourself a power-up, I wanted to ask someone who is accustomed to shooting Disney.
I'm sorry because I like Disney, but I was disappointed by Studio Alice who didn't train properly, so I'm going to Mario in the future.

ヘアメイクを担当した女性が最低。
娘がヘアピンを痛がって半泣きになり「頭痛い」とうったえたら「痛くない！」と怒鳴りました。
虫の居所が悪かったのかもしれませんが、子供に対していくらなんでもそれはどうなの？と思いましたね。
親である私が後ろにいることを知らなかったのでしょうか。
私がすぐさま駆け寄り、娘に「どうしたの？大丈夫？」と声をかけると気まずそうにしていました。
あまりに痛がるので私が別のスタッフさんを呼び、その方が確認したところ、Ｕピンが頭皮に刺さっていました。
それを外してもらったら泣き止みました。
「痛い」と言う子供に「痛くない！」と怒鳴って黙らせようとする行為。
とても子供を相手にするところにお勤め出来る方とは思えません。
