★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現場スタッフはとても気持ちが言い方が多く、カメラマンも秀逸。
しかし、星1つの理由はこの会社のビジネスモデル。1．撮影料払ったのに画像データがダウンロードできるのは印刷したものだけ(他のスタジオは全部まとめてなんぼ) 2．撮影したデータに保存期間があり延長に追加料金(金払うなら他のクラウドサービス使うよ) 3．おまけに撮影したデータをダウンロードするのにあれこれ個人情報を入力させたり…と時代錯誤も甚だしい使いづらいサービスです。ここで撮影するのはお金をドブに捨てるようなものです。
 The on-site staff is very emotional and the photographer is also excellent.
However, one reason is the business model of this company. 1. I paid the shooting fee but I could download the image data only for the printed ones (all other studios together). There is a retention period in the captured data and there is an additional charge for extension (if you pay the money, you will use other cloud services). In addition, it is a hard-to-use service that allows you to enter personal information, etc. to download the data you have taken, and that anachronism is also tremendous. Taking a picture here is like throwing money away.

コロナ禍に置いて最低限の配慮は欲しかったです。
撮影前、撮影間の待ち時間も非常に長く子供が疲れきっていました。
小さな赤ちゃんを連れて行くのは不向きです。
Many parents and children were waiting in the closed studio.
I wanted the minimum consideration in the corona wreck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても丁寧に対応してくれました。他のスタジオアリスも色々いっていますが、緑ヶ丘店のスタッフさんが一番子供を笑顔にさせるのが上手です。
They responded very politely. There are various other studio Alice, but the staff at Midorigaoka store is the best at making children smile.
