★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子ども写真館であるが『成人式プラン』もあり赤ちゃんから成長の過程を家族で残せるのが嬉しい(流石に衣装とヘアは自前)。アプリ会員登録をすると静止画ならば店内でも撮影でき『グロースナップ･アルバム』としてまとめられる。なお商品として購入した写真のみデータ購入も可、つまり全データ購入不可なのでマイナス１。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特定の1人のスタッフがもーーーのすごく態度が悪くてびっくりする。
商品知識もないから説明も悪く、言い間違いも多いので、内容が全然わからない。その上早口。それで質問すると逆ギレのようにイライラした態度で接されるので、本当に気分が悪い…。
他のスタッフさんはみんな親切で良い方なんですが…一人だけ本当に最悪。

Since I don't have product knowledge, the explanation is bad and there are many mistakes, so I don't understand the contents at all. Besides, fast talk. When I ask a question, I get treated with a frustrating attitude like a reverse guile, so I feel really sick.
All the other staff are kind and nice, but only one is really the worst.

家族撮影もしたかったので親の和装を見せてもらいましたが、母親の訪問着が薄ピンクか水色しかない。
チェーン展開してて有名なのに衣装が少なすぎて残念。

衣装がめちゃくちゃ少ない。ほんの一箇所に並んでる程度。サイズも色々あるので『これだけ？』って位しか無い。残念
で、値段はなかなかのお値段！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせの電話をすると、対応してくれた（声からして年配の）女性が、横柄な態度。終始キツい口調だったので、「わかりました、ありがとうございました。」と電話を切ったが、切れる直前にゲラゲラとこちらを嘲笑しているような笑い声が聞こえる。とても感じが悪い。電話の対応もロクにできない店。
