E	E M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の訪問でしたが、店内は割と空いていました。お店の推しであるハンバーグを頂きましたが、美味しかったです。ただ、レア…というか内側はほぼ生で出てくるため、好みは分かれるかも知れません。お店としてはレアがおすすめのようですが、牛１００パーセントとはいえ、人によっては少々気になるかも知れないので、その点ご注意ください。鉄板で好みの加減に火を通せれば良いのですが、配膳後、お店の方がすぐソースをかけてくれてしまうので、鉄板の熱が下がってしまい、グラム数が多いと加熱にはちょいと熱量が足りません? 焼石があるとベストなのですが、無い物ねだりは出来ませんので、少し火を通したい方はお店の方にお願いするのが良さそうです。私のようにレア好き、生でもどんとこい、のような方には正に「飲めるハンバーグ」な如く、スッと食べられる逸品です。一つだけ注意点は、ステーキやハンバーグのお店なので、会計もそれなりにいくと思いますが、カードや電子決済は使えず、現金のみなので、来店前にお財布の中をご確認ください。 It was a Saturday visit, but the store was relatively empty. The burger sauce is unique... Cute expensive but the meals deserve it... You gonna get a free drink one time and endless water... The atmosphere of the place was really nice...
