ゆ	ゆずぽっぽ（papa3nanoda） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スーパーの豆腐と比べて値段は高いけども、水で薄められて安くされたスーパーの豆腐のようなものはさほど価値はない。職人の手間暇と原料価格、適正な利益。これが文化分明にとって大切。安かろう悪かろう的な考えは、作り手売り手や流通の担い手を疲弊させ、文化文明を破壊する。ということで、豆腐一丁400円。竹豆腐はプリンのようで旨い。 Although it is expensive compared to supermarket tofu, things like supermarket tofu diluted with water and made cheaper are not so valuable. L	Lonely Rider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前からずっ～と気になっていたこの店に、今回初訪問。「竹豆腐」と迷ったが「ざる豆腐」を注文してみた。値段は３００円と一見高そうだが、小さいがしっかりと作られたザルも込みの値段。店の方の対応も、見かけによらずしっかりと丁寧でかなり好印象。次回は「豆乳杏仁」を食べてみたい。 This is my first visit to this store that I have always been interested in. I was at a loss for "Bamboo Tofu" but I ordered "Zaru Tofu". The price seems to be high at 300 yen, but it is a small but well-made colander. K	Kazu Abura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三角油揚といえば定義山が有名ですが、こちらの三角油揚も、その場でアツアツの揚げたてを食べられ、美味しいです！用意されていた醤油も相性バッチリ。キャッシュレスにもしっかり対応していますから、持ち合わせの小銭がなかった際に助かりました。他にも竹とうふや杏仁豆腐など、色々とこだわりのバリエーションがあります。駐車場の広さも十分。今回は自転車（ロードバイク）で伺いましたが、サイクルスタンドがあると助かるなあと思いました。 Mt.
